Nassau is a young bicycle brand produced for Denver in Italy (Alete Group). The factories that manufacture our e-bikes and regular bicycles have been producing bicycles for many years. Nassau bicycles are well-built, sturdy, and reliable (electric) bicycles that will give you years of enjoyment.
You won't find Nassau bikes at specialist retailers, but you do get the warranty and service that a bicycle repair shop provides. The manufacturers of Nassau bikes have made agreements with authorized service providers who will repair the bikes at your home if possible.
Our Bikes
Nassau bikes are mostly delivered to your home in a box, partially assembled. All you have to do is remove the packaging, attach the pedals, and adjust the handlebars and saddle to the desired height. With the help of our online manuals, this is not difficult, and you can start your first bike ride within 15 minutes.
We recommend that you run the battery down (almost) completely the first few times and then charge it for at least 8 hours. After you have done this about 4 times over the course of a few weeks, the battery will have reached its maximum storage capacity and you can also charge the battery in between rides without significantly reducing the range. After those first four times, it is advisable never to charge the battery for longer than 6 to 8 hours. The battery is best stored and charged at room temperature.
